Our day wedding includes our 9.5-acre waterfront property either Saturday or Sunday 1pm to 10pm for $5,995:
* Dressing rooms for the Bridal Party
* Outdoor Grand Pavilion Reception Area 34' by 80'
* Setup and breakdown of all chairs, tables and linens to seat up to 160 guests for ceremony and reception
* All taxes and fees are included
Our rehearsal + day wedding includes our 9.5-acre waterfront property either Saturday or Sunday 1pm to 10pm for $6,995:
* All four of our guest suites for two nights for up to 10 guests
* Rehearsal space for dinner or casual cookout for up to 40 guests until 9pm
* Setup and breakdown of all chairs, tables and linens to seat up to 160 guests for ceremony and reception
* Grand Pavilion Reception Area 34' by 80'
* All taxes and fees are included
Elopement wedding for 30 or fewer guests from 4pm to 7pm for $2,395 includes:
* Separate dressing rooms for the Bride and Groom
* Use of the outdoor ceremony area and arbor
* Use of Pool deck set with 6 high foot cocktail tables with white linens
* Sparkling wine and Cake included
* Use of the Great room common area with WiFi enabled TV
* Free ample parking for you and your guests
* Overnight stay for Bride and Groom in the Roosevelt Retreat Master Suite - full breakfast included

Tie the Knot on the Water
Our stunning Grand Pavilion provides a versatile reception space and spans 34’ by 80’, allowing for a range of table setups to suit your unique vision. Tie the knot in our elegant Rhapsody Pavilion, an enchanting ceremony space with beguiling waterfront views. Both spaces are available for Saturday and Sunday bookings and we invite you to use the space at your convenience between the hours of 2:00 pm and 11:00 pm, with music not to persist beyond 10:00 pm.
Our seasonal wedding venue in Yorktown, VA opens for bookings between the months of April and October. Despite this seasonality, Virginia’s mild temperatures allow us to offer a versatile profile of rustically romantic spring, summer, and early autumn weddings. Our 9.5 acres of property provide a sprawling and natural setting for your union that can be easily transformed into a formal or informal space to suit your preference.
